Nominations Committee
Members of the Nominations Committee are
appointed by the President in consultation with the Executive Committee. The
Committee is comprised of the Past-President and two Regular Members, only one
of whom may be a member of the Executive Committee. The Past-President serves
as chairperson.
The purpose of the Nominations Committee is to present qualified
nominees for each office for election at the Annual Business meeting and make
nominations for reduced terms of office as needed. The chairperson of the Nominations
Committee presents the nominees to the Executive Committee members no later
than 45 days prior to the scheduled Annual Business meeting to allow for distribution of
names to the membership at least 30 days before the meeting.
