Call for Presentations

Information for the 2026  CTA Technology Summit will be available in October. 

Examples of possible topics for each audience are included but not limited to the following suggestions:

  • Inmate/Offender Management-Sentence Calculation, Internal & External Movement, Video/GPS/ Surveillance/Monitoring Evolution

  • Inmate/Offender OMS, eHR, and Re-Entry Lifecycle Services & Solutions-Evolution, future and emerging technologies and trends.

  • Methodology/process evolution and changes

  • Staff–Corrections, Probation & Parole Staff,  IT Staff Solutions & Services  

  • Scheduling, Automation, and Efficiency  

  • Agency Issued Technology Solutions Services or Infrastructure Management, Policies, Challenges, & Evolution

  • Emerging Technologies and Challenges – Drugs - Detection, Combating, Management, Drones Interdiction, Patrolling, Utilization, Facial Recognition, Utilization of AI, Low Code, No Code, Power Apps etc.

  • Organizational Change Management, process, methodology, and corrections approach evolution


Proposals will be accepted for - 

  • Presentations or Interactive Demos - Team or individual proposals are accepted.

  • Panel Discussions - Panel discussions may be organized and submitted as a group by a panel coordinator, or an individual may submit their particular viewpoint to become part of a panel.


Workshop sessions will run approximately 50 minutes allowing for in-depth presentation and Q&A. Thank you for considering a workshop proposal!

Please Note: Vendor / Business partner workshop submissions must be partnered up/ include an agency practitioner for the workshop / panel to be considered.
